Annabel is a holistic counselor, therapist, coach, and wellbeing advocate for women. She has spent more than a decade traveling the globe, promoting wellbeing and mental health to individuals, communities and organizations. 

Her passion is in teaching people the skills they need to manage their wellbeing. Her motto is that wellbeing isn't only something that you simply are, it's something that you do. 

Drawing on more than 15 years of training and experience, Annabel uses a unique blend of psychology, mind body techniques and coaching techniques to create effective transformation programs for her clients. 

Annabel has worked in healthcare and in private wellbeing clinics providing individual therapy and coaching sessions and group training programs. Annabel has led support groups for women and mothers in the UAE, creating platforms for women to share concerns and really support each other. She provides regular workshops for women in the UAE on issues around motherhood, mindful parenting, mindfulness meditation, stress and anxiety, wellbeing and self care.

She has worked on numerous corporate wellbeing initiatives, for global companies across a range of industries, providing training programs and workshops as well as consulting services for organizations developing employee wellbeing initiatives.  


Annabel holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Psychology and is a certified Wellbeing Coach. She is an active member of the British Psychological Society and the Institute of Coaching.

Drawing on over 15 years of experience and training, Annabel's treatment approach combines the best of psychological science with mind body techniques, to help her clients experience deep healing, transformation and positive change. 


Having worked with many women over the years, Annabel realized that no single method was completely effective for helping her clients. What worked best was a holistic method, one that addresses the mind (thoughts), the body (emotions) and the soul (being). 


Annabel's holistic method combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with mindfulness meditation and body psychotherapy to help her clients fully heal. Her approach is solution focused and very practical, helping her to facilitate fast results and rapid transformation for her clients.


In addition to being a psychotherapist, Annabel is a certified health and wellbeing coach and is passionate about teaching her clients how to self heal and manage their own wellbeing. She uses a holistic approach that addresses multiple dimensions of wellbeing, including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
